Phoned to get an appointment as ears blocked and hearing greatly diminished
Ian made an appointment for same day
Ears cleaned of wax very quickly and it was all completely pain free
Explained about future ear care & provided a spray to assist
Great to be able to hear clearly again!

Prompt consultations can be booked either in day or evening. Professional care and attention to patient health history is excellent, helping to provide reassurance in the skill and competence of the physician.
So often the root causes of many ear problems are ignored in favour of quick fixes, bought over the counter or provided by non specialist personnel.

Amazing customer service and got my hearing

Ian was brilliant, managed to fit me in on a Sunday afternoon (when I rang Sunday morning) after I managed to block my right ear by attempting to clear the wax myself and making it sore and bleed the night before! 🤦🏼‍♀️
Really accommodating and knowledgeable throughout talking me through the process and showing me what the problem was and how he had removed the wax blockage.
Lesson learned - don’t dig at your own ears!!!
